Thank you for your interest in the Fallbrook Child Development Center. We have two options for completing the application:

1. An online form. If you're using a phone or tablet, this is the recommended method. It also works well on a computer if you prefer this method.
2. A fillable, printable PDF form that you can download and fill out. You may also come by the center during our hours of operation and pick up an application.
   
   Instructions for completing the printed form: You can either fill it out with a pen or type into it on your device once you've downloaded it. Once you've completed the form, please either: 1) Drop it off   2) Scan and email  or 3) fax . All contact information is on the application.

After your application is received, your application is placed on the waiting list based on your family’s need. Enrollment for the new school year begins in June of every year. In some cases, an opening may occur and the next lowest-ranked family on our waiting list will be contacted.

Periodic calls may be made by the center to update your application. Calls to update your application does not guarantee a spot in our program.

Our family fee schedule is determined by the California Department of Education and California Department of Social Services. It is based on gross monthly income and family size.
