The Fallbrook Child Development Center offers a safe and nurturing place for children. Inside and outside play activities are balanced with quiet and active times. Educational and cultural experiences provide mental and emotional growth.
Daily learning program activities include language, numbers, reading readiness, songs, music, art, and science experiences. Respect for others is expected. With loving guidance, the children learn how to relate to other children and to adults, how to share and how to cooperate.
Children are grouped by age and emotional maturity with appropriate activities for each age level. Meals are served family style, and naps and scheduled daily.
Our center is a homelike environment where children grow physically and develop social skills that enhance self-esteem. This translates into success in school and adult life.
The center's Director, is Sarina Johnson. Inspired by teachers early in her life, Sarina quickly developed a passion for all things educational. Curious and observant about the dynamics childhood plays in our adult life, she pursued a degree in Child abd Adolescent Development, with an emphasis in elementary education. After completing the elementary teaching credential program at Cal State Fullerton, she took some time to raise her four beautiful children. That time led her to understand the value in the proper care and development of the whole child in the early years. She continued her education in Early Childhood to obtain a Child Development Program Director Permit. In October 2018 Sarina joined the Fallbrook Child Development Center where she hopes to impact the lives of children one day at a time through the support of the FCDC board, families, staff and community.
